 Objectives
Education
- Promote early childhood learning, raise awareness about the importance of education,
improving education access, quality, and retention rates.
- Undertake capacity building activities through primary, secondary schools and colleges
in the area of operation; skill up gradation, health services, sanitation programmes,
training of school teachers.
- Mobilizing and managing resources for implementation of quality education programmes;
to improve the infrastructural facilities in schools and colleges, providing school
supplies, school rehabilitation, etc.; to undertake non formal education programmes suited
to the needs of adults and women in particular.
- To promote attitudinal changes like greater gender equality, self-reliance and environmental
sensitivity; to promote art, culture and sports in the area of operation.
